台股 過年前要減碼, 中短線將回檔

這幾天一直上不來,多虧長空飛劍的幫忙.

上週五看到台灣的'景氣對策信號'亮藍燈, 加上 '景氣領先指標' 連續三個月衰退, 就想趕快寫點東西要大家對台股的中,短線要小心.

因為景氣領先指標 連續三個月衰退, 表示景氣將正式進入衰退期,且又亮了藍燈,更確認景氣衰退.

我追蹤過去34年的景氣對策訊號跟台股的關係. 過去30幾年, 景氣亮藍燈表示景氣衰退, 而台灣的股價都會領先景氣6到9個月, 因此通常亮藍燈時, 股市已跌了一大段, 股價要接近谷底, 反而是長線準備進場的時候.

但這一次, 股價已經上漲了一段時間, 股市在相對的高檔, 景氣對策訊號反而亮出藍燈, 且領先指標連續3個月衰退, 這個訊號不尋常, 不是好現象, 卡債風暴再加上最近突發的力霸事件(粗估被王家掏空5000億)等都持續影響台灣的經濟及股市, 周一的台股果然比亞洲其他的股市弱.

再加上這次股市從2月15日開始休息到 2月26日才開盤, 11天的長假賣壓及丙種 ( 借錢給中實戶, 大戶的的金主叫做丙種) 也在過年前收縮資金. 另外產業基本面上,第1,2 季通常是電子股的淡季, 政局在未來幾個月也會較亂, 因此台股未來回檔的壓力不小, 預估另一個好的買點可能要等到第2季末了. 如有修正看法再提出, 各位老同學如有問題可打以電話 跟我討論.

Seen Apocalypto yesterday

Went Apocalypto yesterday, no special reason, only the timing is right. Usually I check Rotten Tomatoes for rating (my son told me about this site) before a movie. Yes, they have large scale of reviews from many individuals or groups, amateur or pro. They do try to make personal subjective opinions to be objective, but sometime I found the outcome from its rating not really suit my taste; for references, OK. Still, thank you, Ming, for the webs. Apocalypto, the theme is alright, just too violent, too much blood shed and gore. Quite like some of this movie's front lines — A civilization is usually ruined from within more than from outside conquer. Two forces existing--- fight for love and fight for hatred (usually the force for love sustains.) In the meantime, the "War is not an answer" fight staging on a parking lot is amusing.

Casino Royale has a 94% rating on Rotten Tomatoes (movie review website), must be very good movie.
I have since stopped going to the theaters many years ago when I fell asleep while watching Star War II with my kids.

Parking Lot Rage

Which movie worth watching?

Three major movies are on cinema here -- Blood Diamond, Apocalypto, and Casino Royale. Anyone seen these movies? Give some suggestion or comment. Blood diamond has been making such big reverberation around the world regarding the background of diamond mining; a supplier here was on TV to clear their source. It makes me feel guilty; even I only have a tiny little one. Thinking of watching this one if not too heartbreaking. I like Mel Gibson, his funny looking and seriously funny acting. This time, he is the director of Apocalypto, how is this one? Is it too violent? How is the new double 0 seven, Casino Royale? The leading actor, not even recognize who he is, seems more real as a secret agent, not too appealing or sexy.

1. 根據2006年12月對美國 32位大券商分析師的分析作統計, 有10位認為要買進, 7位 overweight, 13位hold, 只有一位要減碼, 一位要賣出.
2. intel 去年 eps 賺 0.86元 , 今年1.1元, 明年1.33元, 獲利為成長走勢, 目前本益比不高.
3. 且intel 本季要推出新款 santa rosa cpu, 未來3年又是 pc 大成長年.
intel 預估 到2009年時,全球每年將出產的pc 可達3億台, 去年(2006)為2億台 ,2000年為1億台, 成長的趨勢很明顯, 且在加速中.
4. 建議: 技術面股價在底部區 ,且漸呈現多頭走勢(bull rally). 如果要買 intel 可在20元附近買進, 先看25元, 若過則可看30元. (花旗銀行 citigroup 看26元)

說到chicago, 我記得1980年12月下旬, 我高中的同學在伊大香檳城 (champagne urbana illinois )結婚, 由於李文仁也認識, 於是李文仁跟我及楊佩芬都去參加他的婚禮, 之後順道到芝加哥繞了一下, 逛過密西根湖,芝加哥大學, 芝加哥商品交易所 (cbt 已被合併), 登上seartower, 當時照了幾張照片.

其中為避免像 star 所說的誤會, 特別聲明坐在地上的那張, 在李文仁旁邊的是我令一位唸伊大同學的老婆. 乾脆再 post 另一張以茲證明, 哈.

" 三元號前 巧遇 " 短片

沒想到長空飛劍這麼見聞廣博, 也聽過"三元號", 這家在圓環開了超過50年的老店,他們的魯肉飯, 魚翅肉羹真的好吃, 我個人認為, 應是我吃過最好吃的, 沒有其他家可以比的上.

1月4日晚, 去火車站接老婆大人回家, 想順便繞到三元號買些肉羹, 魯肉汁回家, 沒想到會遇到 star 夫婦, 實在太巧了. 這實在難得, 車上又有帶數位像機, 也想把這段貼在我們的部落格,就將當時現況拍了一段短片, 跟大家看看分享.

自從去年最後一天豆腐報過明牌後，我們跟據指示進場，小試身手。
因為對股市高手極為信任，這些明牌到底從事哪一行哪一業完全沒做研究，閉著眼睛就衝進去啦！
才買兩天就在圓環三元號魚翅羹門口巧遇豆腐伉儷，當下趕緊報告進度。
大師果然不同凡響，一聽到我們進場的數量立刻要求我們要展現氣魄。
當下不敢反駁，立刻回家閉門翻開存摺仔細敲計算機。
高手果然不同凡響，接連幾天股市震盪，我們也跟著起伏幾回。
目前結算起來，應該可以找豆腐伉儷吃幾碗魚翅羹。

除了以上向各位報告之外，也要呼籲大家，大師明牌果然神準，請把握發財機會！！

I had 2 minor cuts recently and it helped me tremendously. The first cut was almost healed but when I went playing tennis, it got torn again. Then I suddenly remembered that I saw this info once, so I gave it a try and Wow, it’s good.

Basically you want to wait until it stopped bleeding then apply a dab on it to glue it shut. It’s like an instant new skin - water proof and dirt won’t get into it.

If you want more sophisticated product, you can get it over the counter like Liquid bandage or No Sting Liquid Bandage, Spray; don’t buy New-Skin® Liquid Bandage (it stings).

記得大概是15年前的一個夏天，我們帶兩個小孩去迪斯耐樂園玩。正等著要找個好角度幫孩子和Mickey Mouse 照相時，一轉身就看到這個黑頭髮，白晰皮膚，提著一籃紅蘋果的白雪公主就站在我身邊。當我們四目相接而且她還對著我微笑時，你們可想像我的靈魂差一點就沒有離我而去.…。這一輩子沒看過那麼美的人，當然是除了我老婆之外的，這是題外話。豆腐貼的那個也是很美就可惜不是真的。

Do you remember long time ago, one summer day, Two boys and I visited your home in 高雄？I believe you still don't know why we were there. 哈哈。。The night before, we went to 鳳山 for a party, within 30 minutes police came in and scooped us all up and escorted to the police station. Boys one side and girls the other side, interrogated one by one, where are you from, did you pay to come to the party, who was the ring leader, etc..... (the only thing I worried was my long hair at the time). We were detained pass midnight, tired and very disappointed, noway to go back to Tainan so we spent the night at a friend's home.

The next day, we had to find something to do, I don't remember who came up with the idea but I can assure you it's not me. hmm.... may be I need to send that person an invitation too!!!

p.s. 這兩位是我主動替他們註冊的，那個癩蛤蟆八成忙著打高爾夫，再不現身就只好電話通知了。

65chemistry

謝謝豆腐為我們不眠不休的維護版面。所有能做的都已經盡善盡美了。
為了給各位同學有24/7的服務，我義無反顧的接受豆腐的任務，也分擔一些豆腐的辛勞。

我們的部落格仍然是舊版，新版的會員是無法進場貼post的。所以當你接到邀請函時，記的要登記為舊版的會員(切記要選 - not a Blogger user)。也就是說填入你的username and password (新版的部落格才用 email address 來 sign in). 重人的話請不要用既有的帳號，要開新的戶頭。display name是筆名(eg. tofu, star etc...) 以後可以變更，邀請函只能用一次，需要時email通知，不要客氣。

等Google要我們搬家時(新版)再一起過去，現在我們還是在這裡發發勞騷，開開玩笑，交換訊息。

PS 台灣的薑母鴨我嘗過，現在的天氣正是進補的最佳時機。

1. google 的新版blog 仍有bugs, 我用另外的gmail 帳號仍無法登入. 其他同學可以試試看.
2. 我再發出舊版的邀請信 , 請何重人及其他同學登入舊版, 或也試試新版.
3. 已將明炫開放為65chemistry's blog 的新管理員, 如果萬一我們的部落格被刪掉, 就將明炫抓起來打屁股, 哈. (別怕, 我有先存檔了).
4. 再跟明炫研究看看, 如何解決新版問題.

新測試版 65chemistry65

1. 謝謝 明炫, 很好的建議.
2. 不過google的新版仍是beta版(測試版本) , 目前google 開放使用新版的用戶數不多, 我們仍未允許申請新版.
3. 因此我用我自己的另一個 gmail 帳號 去新申請一個名稱 為"65chemistry65 " http://65chemistry-chemistry65.blogspot.com/ 的新版的部落格 , 目前仍在測試中.
4. 這個新的測試版, 就沒有"contibutors"這欄位, 而且以前的資料都沒有(我想如果我們等到google授權後, 再轉新版本,就可以將以前的資料全部轉入), 目前 我是先將以前的資料拷貝後, 再貼上到新版中, 但是照片無法拷貝,要一張張上傳才行.
5. 我想請明炫也成為我們部落格的共同管理人, 一個在美國, 一個在台灣, 時間不一樣, 而且明炫電腦也很熟, 這樣最好.
6. 明炫, 你有沒有 skype 或 windows live messenger 的帳號, 我可以跟你討論細節.

The other day I worked with 重人, try to get him signed up to our blogger. I guess due to the fact that Google has beefed up the security for Blogger, new members won't be able to post to 65chemistry without invitation.

I think we need to switch 65chemistry to the new blogger platform and send out invitations to the rest of our classmate.
