Hi Classmates,
Happy New Year to you all!
I have been enjoyed reading our blog. It's nice to see you all in a state of young mind, very humorous and intelligent. I haven't tried to think about the dark matter yet.
I went to church first thing in the New Year. May God bless you all!

Hi, Cin
Did you get my mail yesterday, not sure was that the right address or not.
Would like to share with you a prayer from the Cathedral of here. Remember you've sent me a ppt file of this country? the Cathedral on the first page.
THE PRAYER:
From the fear that holds me rigid,
God of gentleness, ease me forward.
In my fear of surrender,
God of warmth, melt the ice around my heart.
From my fear of making decisions,
God of power, release me.
In my fear of losing respect,
God of courage, steady me.
From the fear of facing my fear,
God of laughter, loosen me.
But in the fear that marks your presence,
God of love, keep me in awe and wonder.
Thanks for the nice prayer. I don't know that you're a Christian.
BYW, I got your email.
You reckon only 'Christian' read or feel a good prayer?
I would cherish the divine inspiration of these words not the title of "Christian" or "Christianity".
That's very interesting to hear you say that, maybe someday you can elaborate a bit on this subject...
Dare not. The world is already in chaos, no point to start another religious war.
Only wish: "God of love, keep me in awe and wonder".
Before this prayer, there is a sentence I forgot to type in---
'And now a prayer of Jim Cotter's to end as we journey through lent'
"journey” through “lent”, how impressive!
A traveling programme here call 'intrepid journey', sort of like 'lonely planet'. Don’t really watch it every time; just love the words "intrepid journey". I'm always caught by some words, you could call me psycho.
Therefore I have other words to say--
God of faith, keep me in delight when I walk the intrepid journey.
PS, I go to church sometimes, but don't consider being a Christian to be a privilege or to be superior.
Personally I don't have any religious belief.
I didn't know (a couple of comments before) that whether you are "Christian" or not,
so I thought if you like to say prayer and on the other hand not a Christian, then who is going to answer your prayer?
Quote - "You reckon only 'Christian' read or feel a good prayer?"
You don’t have to be a Christian to say prayer to God. God answers to everyone regardless of your religion. I’m not a Christian either. I go to church almost every Sunday. Open your heart like Wandering65 and I do, you’ll feel the comfort and peace in your mind.
PECANS IN THE CEMETERY
On the outskirts of a small town, there was a big, old pecan tree just inside the cemetery fence. One day, two boys filled
up a bucketful of nuts and sat down by the tree, out of
sight, and began dividing the nuts.
"One for you, one for me. One for you, one for me," said one boy. Several dropped and rolled down toward the fence.
Another boy came riding along the road on his bicycle. As he passed, he thought he heard voices from inside the cemetery. He slowed down to investigate. Sure enough, he heard, "One for you, one for me. One for you, one for me."
He just knew what it was. He jumped back on his bike and rode off. Just around the bend he met an old man with a cane, hobbling along.
"Come here quick," said the boy, "you won't believe what I heard! Satan and the Lord are down at the cemetery dividing up the souls."
The man said, "Beat it kid, can't you see it's hard for me to walk." When the boy insisted though, the man hobbled slowly to the
cemetery.
Standing by the fence they heard, "One for you, one for me. One for you, one for me."
The old man whispered, "Boy, you've been tellin' me the truth. Let's see if we can see the Lord."
Shaking with fear, they peered through the fence, yet were still unable to see anything. The old man and the boy gripped the
wrought iron bars of the fence tighter and tighter as they tried to get a glimpse of the Lord.
At last they heard, "One for you, one for me. That's all. Now let's go get those nuts by the fence and we'll be done."
They say the old man made it back to town a full 5 minutes ahead of the kid on the bike.
SMILE, God Loves You
