Our family reunion took the same route to Wha Lien 6 years ago. We lived in several small cottages in a zoo. The ocean front view was great and we all planned to retire at Wha Lien eventually.
The train ride we took was along the northern coast. The views were great and burned into my memory forever. The train and train stations had cartoon painting. That is a very creative idea. I love it. May want to visit Wha Lien again next time.
