The hypotenuse of the triangle is not a straight line. The line is broken at the point that two right triangle meet.
When I saw this graph I count the height/base ratio for the 3 right triangle, and they are 2/5, 3/8 and 5/13, I just know it doesn't match up.
You guys are too smart. Let me count squares=heightxbase/2=5x13/2= 32.5Top triagle: 2x5/2+ 3*8/2+7+8=32Bottom triagle: 33Ok, I got it now:top one has a dip slope, bottom one has pop up slope.
