Very funny :)...
He was exactly right. When I joined my previous company they just won a DOE (Dept of Energy)grant for making catalytic materials to control pollutants in emission of power plants and diesel trucks.
But, after 9-11 Bush cut that budget because we need that money to send troops to Afghanistan. We had to lay off all of the scientists and technicians after closing down that division. Actually, Bush administration engaged in the most serious effort to roll back the Clean Air Act since its enactment in 1970. We now restarted those programs again. It is clear that those politicians just kept on painting blue skies to win votes. They wasted our money and treated the whole nation as a bunch of idiots. Ha
