Bikerdoc, thank you for sharing this video. "花東之旅" is on my top list of Taiwan trip for a year. I'll be in Taiwan two weeks later.
It's not on my schedule this time, but if I can squeeze it in, I would take lots of pictures to share with you guys. I believe 長空can make very good video.
Five years ago, we had a family reunion in Taiwan. We traveled to 宜蘭 and 花蓮 by train. I recalled we lived in very comfortable cabins within a zoo...I think. The scenery was fantastic. Actaully, we talked about moving back to Taiwan and live at 花蓮 after retirement. I think it is a pretty good diea.
I visited 台東 in 1972. ha...I don't even remember what I saw over there. I would like to visit those places again.
